STATUS: THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS ARE REQUESTED
PLEASE PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING TO COMPLETE THE PLAN REVIEW PROCESS. A WRITTEN RESPONSE FOR EACH ITEM LISTED BELOW IS REQUIRED THAT SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFIES THE REVISION OR CORRECTION BEING MADE. BUBBLE OR HIGHLIGHT ALL REVISED DETAILS AND DRAWINGS ON NEWLY SUBMITTED PLAN SHEETS.
IF THESE CORRECTION ITEMS ARE ON STAMPED PAGES THEY WILL REQUIRE THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OF THAT DISCIPLINE TO PROVIDE AND STAMP THESE NEW PAGES OF CORRECTIONS.
Please provide a letter addressing the fowling corrections:
? 1. Architect to provide the scope/explanation behind this project. Identify the reason for addition of the egress stairs.
? 2. Notes for the automatic sprinkler system are unclear. Will the egress stair be part of sprinkler system? (M001 #7 states the locations of sprinkler heads shown on RCP on PA102, however nothing is identified)
? 3. Architect to provide clarifications:
o E2 is missing from A451
o Details A2 is unclear and is not consistent with its identification on C5
o B3 is not consistent with its identification on C5
o B5 is missing from A451
o B2 detail is missing from A452
NOTE: The remainder of the review will be completed as soon as the items are addressed.
