Please address. 23) Sheet M132: Please provide a gas piping isometeric drawing including the length of each pipe run and the BTU rates of all connected equipment so we can verify the pipe sizing. 24) Sheet FP001: The fire protection plan must be reviewed and approved by the Fire Authority having jurisdiction. 25) Sheet E112: All ceiling boxes that that are installed in areas acceptable for ceiling fans must be listed for the sole support of ceiling-suspended fans per NEC 314.25(C). 26) Sheet E113: Emergency exit lighting with 90-minute backup is required at all exit discharge doors per IBC 1008.3.2 #5. 27) Sheet E122: Receptacles in dorm rooms must be tamper-resistant per NEC 406.12. Please add note to plans. 28) Sheet E124: All 125-250 volt receptacles installed in commercial kitchens must be GFCI protected per NEC 210.8(B)(2). They are not all identified as such. 29) Sheet E124: Exterior receptacles subject to weather exposure must have covers that remain weather resistant whether or not a cord cap is installed per NEC 406.9(B)(1). 30) Sheet E600: Please provide electrical fault current calculations. 31) Sheet E600: The feeder to the Springs Lodge consists of 3 parallel runs of 500 Kcm aluminum conductors which are rated for 930 amps. The breaker protecting this feeder is only 400 amps. While this meets the code, we wonder why such a large feeder is designed to feed a 400 amp panel. 32) The PUD amendment must be approved before a permit can be issued as the original 2014 approval has expired. Infrastructure must be completed within 2 years of PUD approval or they expire and must be reapproved.
