STATUS: THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS ARE REQUESTED
PLEASE PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING TO COMPLETE THE PLAN REVIEW PROCESS. A WRITTEN RESPONSE FOR EACH ITEM LISTED BELOW IS REQUIRED THAT SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFIES THE REVISION OR CORRECTION BEING MADE. BUBBLE OR HIGHLIGHT ALL REVISED DETAILS AND DRAWINGS ON NEWLY SUBMITTED PLAN SHEETS.
IF THESE CORRECTION ITEMS ARE ON STAMPED PAGES THEY WILL REQUIRE THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OF THAT DISCIPLINE TO PROVIDE AND STAMP THESE NEW PAGES OF CORRECTIONS.
Please provide a letter addressing the fowling corrections:
? 1. Site plan shows 18x24 shed, however no permits found in the system please clarify.
? 2. On the floor plan, identify the room with the smoke detector.
? 3. Elevations shall be dimensioned.
? 4. Right and Front Elevations identify stairs. These stairs do not comply with section R311.5.4. Please provide details for the stair and railing construction, stairs shall comply with section R311 of 2003 IRC.
? 5. Provide detail for the connection of deck’s rafters to the main roof. Section and roof framing plan are not clear. Also elevations do not reflect section’s depiction of the connection.
? 6. Identify all required R-values for the residence or provide one of the energy compliance methods as described in 2003 IECC. (res-check is one of those methods)
