PLEASE PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING TO COMPLETE THE PLAN REVIEW PROCESS. A WRITTEN RESPONSE FOR EACH ITEM LISTED BELOW IS REQUIRED THAT SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFIES THE REVISION OR CORRECTION BEING MADE. BUBBLE OR HIGHLIGHT ALL REVISED DETAILS AND DRAWINGS ON NEWLY SUBMITTED PLAN SHEETS.
IF THESE CORRECTION ITEMS ARE ON STAMPED PAGES THEY WILL REQUIRE THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OF THAT DISCIPLINE TO PROVIDE AND STAMP THESE NEW PAGES OF CORRECTIONS.
Please provide a letter addressing the fowling corrections:
? 1. Submitted architectural plans are not printed to scale, please provide.
? 2. Provide Truss layout.
? 3. H5 clips are not sufficient for the uplift of the truss, please provide mechanical connections per individual truss uplifts.
? 4. Foundation engineer has no reference to the soils report on his plans and psf of the designed foundation was not identified, please have engineer address through plans or a letter.
