STATUS: THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS ARE REQUESTED
PLEASE PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING TO COMPLETE THE PLAN REVIEW PROCESS. A WRITTEN RESPONSE FOR EACH ITEM LISTED BELOW IS REQUIRED THAT SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFIES THE REVISION OR CORRECTION BEING MADE. BUBBLE OR HIGHLIGHT ALL REVISED DETAILS AND DRAWINGS ON NEWLY SUBMITTED PLAN SHEETS.
IF THESE CORRECTION ITEMS ARE ON STAMPED PAGES THEY WILL REQUIRE THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OF THAT DISCIPLINE TO PROVIDE AND STAMP THESE NEW PAGES OF CORRECTIONS.
Please provide a letter addressing the fowling corrections:
? 1. Teller County does not accept Pikes Peak Regional heat loss calculations as energy compliance, please provide energy compliance as described in 2009 IECC (res-check is one of those methods).
? 2. How will the 4” concrete floor be reinforced to support vehicle weight?
? 3. Is the house on the crawlspace or basement? Is it conditioned or vented? Please identify the size and the location of the access.
? 4. Please reference foundation details provided on 8.5”x11” pages to the foundation floor plan, identify wall heights and provide a detail for the inside pad supporting a wall.
? 5. Is the dryer electric or gas? If gas, please note sec. G2406.2 of 2009 IRC appliances prohibited locations.
? 6. Please provide construction details/information for roof assembly, guardrails, and interior walls.
? 7. Is there a mechanical connection between w14x30 and (3) 2x12? Please make sure all mechanical/other connections are identified for all structural members.
NOTE: The remainder of the review will be completed as soon as the items are addressed.
