STATUS: THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS ARE REQUESTED
PLEASE PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING TO COMPLETE THE PLAN REVIEW PROCESS: A WRITTEN RESPONSE FOR EACH ITEM LISTED BELOW IS REQUIRED THAT SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFIES THE REVISION OR CORRECTION BEING MADE, AND 2 SETS OF BUBBLED OR HIGHLIGHTED REVISED DETAILS AND DRAWINGS ON NEWLY TO BE SUBMITTED PLAN SHEETS. (e-mail submittals will not be accepted)
IF THESE CORRECTION ITEMS ARE ON STAMPED PAGES THEY WILL REQUIRE THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OF THAT DISCIPLINE TO PROVIDE AND STAMP THESE NEW PAGES OF CORRECTIONS.
Please provide a letter addressing the fowling corrections:
? 1. Rear wood decks:
o Provide elevations
o Identify repairs to be done
o Identify pier depth, size of posts, and all mechanical/other connections of all structural members
o Is the small deck to be attached to the large deck? If so what is the attachments?
? 2. Front steel decks:
o Provide site specific engineering and construction details for current deck design
(construction details are not matching the deck design, provided engineering is to vague and does not match submitted deck design, engineering approval is required for the Alaskan glulam flush beam.)
Note: It appears that the plans have already been stamped by another building department.
NOTE: The remainder of the review will be completed as soon as the items are addressed.
