Please address the (e) landscape brick wall design, and how the walls interact with the new foundation of the garage. Provide details, sections, pictures. What is the note “concrete & earth footer” mean? Foundation is required to be on undisturbed soils, address the note on plans referencing fill. Un-compacted fill is not permitted under foundation
