• The plans will need to be reviewed and stamped by a licensed Colorado Engineer or Architect.
1. The existing (8) 16 inch diameter piers will need to be verified to be capable for the additional load of the addition.
2. The existing deck framing may not be capable of supporting the proposed bearing wall on a 24 inch cantilever.
3. Need header sizes for all openings. Include King and Jack (trimmers) studs.
4. The rafters are undersized.
• A sunroom requires a minimum R – 24 in the ceiling and R – 13 in the walls. Provide a new IECC form with the U-factor of the windows.
• Provide a better floor plan showing accurate dimensions for windows and doors to scale. Include existing doors and windows
